EXCHANGE POLICY

SoulOSoaring offers a replacement or exchange for any instrument delivered with damage. Please report the damage immediately to [email protected] to arrange for replacement. Customers have 7 calendar days to report any damage, and after that time no replacement or exchange will be offered.

CANCELATION POLICY

Please give 24 hours notice to reschedule. We do not offer refunds.
