Aligning Passion with Purpose

Every day, I’m reminded of the power of aligning passion with purpose - doing work that feels like play, surrounded by amazing people who inspire and uplift, all while earning abundantly.

It’s a blessing to wake up excited about projects that speak to my talents, and to know that I am making a meaningful impact.

I am a sound alchemist, a Crystal Tones singing bowl distributor, a Broadway and opera soprano, a Reiki Master, an artist and a writer.

I first trained as a Reiki Master and bioenergetic practitioner (moving energy in the body through breath, movement and sound) 25 years ago, in the School of Self Mastery with Master Healer Ron Baker (www.ronbaker.net). The deep embodiment work with Ron was nothing short of life changing, and has enabled me to move through the most difficult of situations that life has presented. It gave me the knowledge, the tools and the understanding that no matter what life handed me, I would not only prevail . . .I would thrive.

My initial training as a sound healer was 15 years ago, with Tom Kenyon, a Master Sound Healer and Acoustic Brain Researcher (www.tomkenyon.com). I began my current sound healing business (SoulOSoaring LLC) four years ago, after taking a six month mentorship with Susy Schieffelin (www.thecoppervessel) and I haven’t looked back. As doors opened, I walked through them. And I have walked myself right into a flourishing sound healing business.

Mentors are so important, and I can’t thank Ron, Tom and Susy enough. Their unfailing belief in me has far outpaced my belief in myself. They have urged me forward when I would step on the proverbial brake, too fearful to take the next right action. As momentum built, so did my confidence. I am eternally grateful.

Follow your heart. Find a mentor. When you hear the call, take that first step. With planning and consistent effort, the universe will respond.
